Krissy lives at the intersection of People and Process, where “okay, but how do we actually make this work” is the focal point in town.

With 20 years in operations and HR spanning across sports, tech, startups, and professional services, she’s learned that most sticky issues are part human, part system—and she loves untangling both.

She’s led operations, HR and compliance in fast‑growing consulting firms and startups, built programs for leaders who are figuring it out in real time. She’s helped leaders navigate everything from first hires to full restructures, built programs that make performance conversations less painful and more useful, and coached executives through the messy middle of growth.

Krissy is known for being warm, disarmingly direct, deeply practical, calm in the chaos, and loves playing in the space of  "can you help me fix this?" “why are we doing it this way?” "how do we make this work, and not be painful?" until the better way shows up.

When she’s not mapping workflows or pressure‑testing a new idea, you’ll probably find Krissy jamming to music, trying a new craft, or watching sports. She’s based in the Phoenix area and will never say no to a good Slack thread, a sharper checklist, or a well‑timed GIF.
