Irene began her career in public accounting in New York City, working directly with clients on tax planning and realizing how much she valued helping people make sense of their financial lives.

She later moved into the financial services industry, spending years in accounting and corporate finance roles that demanded precision, structure, and analytical strength. Over time, she found herself drawn back to the parts of her early career she valued most: working one on one, listening closely, and helping people navigate decisions that matter.

In 2024, Irene chose to leave the corporate world and pursue financial planning. She passed the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ exam in 2025 and founded Dyff Advisory in 2026 to help clients bring clarity and intention to their financial decisions.

She works with clients in periods of reinvention, including those preparing for retirement or exploring the possibility of retiring overseas. Her approach is steady and clear, shaped by analytical rigor and a grounded understanding of how financial decisions play out in real life. She focuses on helping people understand the reasoning behind each choice so they can move forward with confidence.

Outside of work, Irene enjoys traveling, experiencing different cultures, and experimenting in the kitchen, experiences that reinforce her belief that there is no single right way to build a life or a financial plan.
