In your Outlook Calendar app, you have the ability to choose a calendar when scheduling an event.

Calendar is for private events between you and those you invite; this is your primary and default calendar.
core community is our shared calendar. Everyone at core planning has equal access to this calendar to share public events and schedule huddles and hangouts. Things you post here will show up on everyone’s calendar.
